Using Ubuntu 9.04 Beta.
Version 1:2.26.0-0ubuntu1 of gnome-control-centre according to synaptic
When using my SoundBlaster Audigy SE PCI soundcard i cannot start gnome-
sound-properties, gnome-volume-control or the volume control panel
applet.
When attempting to run any of the three applets from the terminal i get
absoutely no feedback at all just a blinking cursor untill i Ctrl-c.
My onboard audio (AC97 usualy disabled in BIOS) works fine when i re-
enable it until i try to switch to my Audigy in sound properties.
