I had this options disabled for a long time and today i decided to
enable them again. So what i did was enabling 2 options in
Nepomuk/Strigi Server configuration :

Enable Nepomuk Semantic Desktop
Strigi Desktop File Indexer

And the problem occurred.... What I've noticed was that after pressing apply is
that a Warning message occurs after "Strigi Service is still not running." but
it disappeared very fast.

What i did next was disabled the option and then enabled them again to
reproduce the problem, but this time i did manage to get a screenshot
before the Warning message disappears. The message clearly says:

Failed to contact Strigi indexer (Could not get owner of name
'org.kde.nepomuk.services.nepomukstrigiservice': no such name)

After that message i went to PolicyKit Authorization in System setting
and searched for any org.kde.nepomuk.... policy to Grant the
authorization witch is needed but as i saw there is no such policy
setting for nepomuk service.
