These messages are caused by a corrupted dpkg database, which may happen for 
example when an update process got forcibly interrupted. The solution is given 
here http://finkproject.org/faq/usage-fink.php under "Q5.19". Essentially, you 
need to recreate the list database entry for liblircclient0 (ignore tcpd, 
that's a spurious message).
