Suspending from a VT (I used recovery mode) fails as well. The behaviour is slightly different, as there is no automatic suspend after wakuup and no automatic reboot after the second wakeup. It also differs wether I call pm-suspend or use the hotkey, which triggers an acpid rule. The former causes a complete lock after wakeup, no SysRqKey, only backlight. When using the hotkey from the VT the SysRqKey-Reboot works. The pm_trace result differs, sometimes the hash matches sometimes not.
