This has been fixed
Version 2.26.0-0ubuntu2:
* 01_no_default_desktop_item.patch: Actually make this patch do what it is
supposed to do. Somehow an extra + made its way into the line that gets
added to the orca .desktop file to hide the icon/menu item.
