Sorry guys, my laptop's charger has been dead for the last week, so I will only be able to try all this next week when it's repaired. In the meantime, I had again the following problems: - laptop refusing to go into suspend mode - laptop not going out from suspend modee (that is, going back to suspend mode again before even seeing anything on the screen, and then doing the weird "grey display going darker and nothing responding" the next time). This I had already occasionnally with older versions of (k)ubuntu.
Oh, and the nvidia driver was at the last stable version. So, i'll add more debug info next week.
