Unfortunately I'm unable to look at the VarLogDistupgrade200903301715.gz file
attached here to try to investigate what led up to the error. Can you attach
the following 3 files as outlined in
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingUpdateManager:
/var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log
/var/log/dist-upgrade/apt.log
/var/log/dist-upgrade/term.log
