Public bug reported:
The following appears repeatedly in the term.log file of an upgrade from
a fully updated 8.10 system to 9.04:
Setting up openoffice.org-emailmerge (1:3.0.1-7ubuntu1) ...
Adding extension /usr/lib/openoffice/basis3.0/program/mailmerge.py...javaldx:
Could not find a Java Runtime Environment!
Please ensure that the package openoffice.org-java-common is installed.
If it is already installed then try removing
~/.openoffice.org/3/user/config/javasettings_Linux_*.xml
javaldx: Could not find a Java Runtime Environment!
Please ensure that the package openoffice.org-java-common is installed.
If it is already installed then try removing
~/.openoffice.org/3/user/config/javasettings_Linux_*.xml
Shouldn't an upgrade be able to check for the JRE and install it if
required?
