I mean if there was something as simple as "Disable SCIM" in the SCIM
controls, and something like "Enable SCIM" in the SCIM panel
preferences...

Why it has to be such a "distance" from the thing. So if a person types
something and discover than an horrible menu popup forbids them to type
right, he can look at the popup and disable it. So simple.

I didn't know what SCIM is for, maybe asian people consider it very
important but other people just don't need this.(eg.95%all americans),
so when I see complex character I don't know if its the complex
character like kanji(I don't need) or complex character like accents(I
need for spanish).
