Public bug reported:
After starting up the Kubuntu-9-04 live CD, the border of the Desktop
Folder and the Notes Plasmoid are invisible (see attached screenshot). I
have to move the mouse over both of them to make them repaint and get
visible. I can reproduce this bug always.
