At a minimum, we need:
1. Does this only occur with Desktop Effects enabled, or are you also able to
reproduce with Desktop Effects disabled?
2. What hardware are you experiencing this issue with? Please run "lspci -vvnn
> ~/Desktop/lspci-vvnn.log" and attach it to your response.
