Public bug reported:

I tried to do a dual-display configuration on my Dell Inspiron 1000
today. Xubuntu 9.04, in Applications/Settings/Display, only showed one
(Screen 1).

I can display to the CRT monitor i have (Vivitron Gateway2000), but I
can't do a dual-display set-up. So, when pressing Fn+F2, it shows my
current display in both my Laptop's monitor and the CRT monitor, or just
the CRT monitor in that order.

I rebooted my Laptop and checked and rechecked xorg.conf.

My display adapter is an Silicon Integrated Systems [SiS] 65x/M650/740
PCI/AGP VGA Display Adapter.
