You need to install kdebase-workspace-dbg in order to obtain a useful
trace, until that we cannot do a lot about this issue.
Though, since you said the plasma networkmanager applet is responsible,
I'll move the bug over to that package (though I think plasma probably
shouldn't go down whatever the nm applet does wrong)
