Thanks for your bug report.
I think, the fact that you have an ip address is normal, this is the new
feature of avahi called IPv4LL.
you say: "this is not usefull since sometimes (rarely) this prevents wireless
to work", do you know when this happens ?
The eth0:avahi interface should not prevent the wireless interface to work.
