Two Outstanding Issues ? 1) Did anyone else have the problem that the fixes did not work for a non-admin account? (even when permissions temporarily changed to admin to apply the fixes). The only solution was to create a new user account, for which the fixes already applied worked fine. (i.e. they were in place as soon as the account was created)
