Here it is. I have kept the firmware loading the "ubuntu way" and deleted some very verbose warning about firmware images, as ubuntu provides those images in their correct form.
The USB is mostly same as the old one. I have not updated all as most of the updates have been to add experimental support to a new device (and it doesn't work yet).
