monodevelop-java 1.9.3 only works with monodevelop 1.9.3 - the
dependency was written to ensure that no version mismatches would occur,
and monodevelop 1.9.3 would be mandated. However, a slight oversight was
made - monodevelop wasn't 1.9.3, but 1.9.3+dfsg, in the archive. This is
fixed in pkg-cli-apps SVN
