I'm glad to see you were able to reproduce the bug. I did further testing today. The OMS plugin continues to work fine under a Live-CD environment (Jaunty Beta 64-bit), however OMS does not work correctly on a fresh install of Jaunty Beta 64-bit (with nothing else installed). It seems that whatever differences in OO.o between the Live CD and the actual install must be causing the issue. Please let me know if I can provide any more information.
