I don´t know how to program -yet- but I think the solve is around the Parted Magic, this Live Cd recognize the HD Western Digital without problems and It can manipulate it... Also, I could install Ubuntu 8.10 in a W. D. Hard Disk, but I had to delete : ro quite splash...
