Public bug reported:
Clock settings wrong for Jönköping, Sweden. Stays 2 hours behind. The
correct time for Sweden right now should be Saturday, April 4, 2009 at
11:55:40 AM CEST. Manual changes are ignored after reboot. I'm using
9.04 beta live cd.
I think this might have something to do with libgweather. The definition
of Sweden is missing in the country list for "Mobile Broadband" in the
network manager.
