Thank you for reporting this issue and helping improve Xubuntu. Please
report one issue per bug report. If you turn on switch with mouse wheel
in Applications, Settings, Window Manager Tweaks, you can switch between
workspaces by scrolling the mouse wheel on any empty space on the
desktop. If you turn this on by right-clicking the workspace,
properties, you can scroll by hovering over the workspaces. If both are
on, you can use either method to change workspaces.
