Public bug reported:
When logging in on a freshly installed Ubuntu 9.04 beta (running on
VirtualBox running on 8.10), I get a message that service discovery is
disabled because of a .local domain. If I move mouse pointer on the
message, it starts flashing (visible, invisible) annoyingly.
