Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor
Resources -> Network History is incorrect if the update interval is less
than 2 seconds. Instead of showing the true throughput, it oscillates
between zero and what appears to be double the true figures. I'll try
and add a screenshot.
