* Don't call dh_pycentral twice for each package (introduced in
2.8.9.1-0ubuntu1). LP: #355455.
* Call dh_pycentral for python-wxversion.
* python-wxversion replaces earlier python-wxgtk2.8. LP: #355424.

overwrite `/usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/wx-2.8-gtk2-unicode/wxversion.py',
which is also in package python-wxgtk2.8
