I disagree with the opinion that an unhandled exception dumped to a
terminal is a good way to notify the end user that he needs to install
some package. What if the user ran from ALT-F2, then he doesn't even see
terminal output. But since it's a pretty minor bug I don't want to make
too much of a fuzz about it.
Opening this bug against apport to see what they think about
implementing the behavior matthias suggests above.
