* debian/filters/pstopdf: Added "-dDoNumCopies" to the "ps2pdf" call in
the pstopdf CUPS filter, so that Ghostscript takes into account
/#copies and /NumCopies when converting incoming PostScript to PDF
(Ghostscript upstream bug #690355, LP: #320391).
