Ubuntu better. Unfortunately we can't fix it without more information.
Can you please tell us if the Firefox is capable to play flash videos?
Can you check it with several web providers, like goodevideo, youtube?
Reason is that I suspect the error in the plugins rather than the
kdelibs/nsplug-loader/etc.
