I cannot reproduce this with notify-osd 0.9.9 using the non-free flash-
plugin. I tried firefox and epiphany. In both cases fullscreen flash-
video (from YouTube) are not affected in their fullscreen-state when a
notify-osd notification-bubble pops up.
