Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

After I updated today's update at approximately 21:43 UTC 20090406, I
had to restart (there was no kernel update) the network-manager package
requires a restart.

Now when I select a wireless network, I get a "Wireless network
disconnected" instantly. I used to use intrepid but updated to Jaunty
when Beta was released.
