ubuntu-bug is a part of the apport package and that same package also
includes the command 'apport-collect'. Apport collect is passed a bug
number on the command line like 'apport-collect 356007' and debugging
information is gathered and uploaded to that bug number. The
information chosen is dependent on the package the bug is filed about.
