Peeyush, I'm not sure what operating system you have. If you have Windows, I don't know what to do. I use Ubuntu, so I was able to remove Firefox using "Synaptic Package Manager", and then reinstalling it, again using "Synaptic Package Manager". Another trick may be to open Firefox and under "Tools" use the "Clear Private Data" function. Be careful, and back up any data and bookmarks you may have. A worst case scenario could possibly be that you may have to reboot the entire system. I didn't have to, but I can make no garantees as I'm not a pro.
