About these issues:
1) I think the command to run is not the Ubuntu one by default. Maybe I can set
some options in autogen/configure that would set the default commands and would
probably default to Ubuntu.
2) I know that this one has been fixed. It was simply in reverse order :)
3) Uhh, I'm not sure about this. I think the window might have focus issues
occasionally, though it may have been fixed. I'll look into it.
