Binary package hint: fontconfig
Just updated my jaunty install and my Fixed bitmap font disappeared.
Ran dpkg-reconfigure fontconfig-config, selected Enable Bitmap Fonts but
the symlink from /etc/fonts/conf.d remained 70-no-bitmaps.conf rather
than 70-yes-bitmaps.conf
Set the symlink manually and ran dpkg-reconfigure fontconfig but Fixed
still doesn't appear in my Gnome-terminal font options.
