Sorry you had such problems testing Intrepid. Without testing though,
it is hard to know if this issue still needs attention in the
development version. I will assume not and close the development task;
if you get a chance to test the development version (Jaunty currently)
and find it is still an issue, feel free to reopen.
Meanwhile, I have opened a task for Hardy, in case someone wishes to
look into resolving this in the LTS.
