Upgrading from EVMS 6.06 LTS Systems

Since 7.10, EVMS support was dropped by upstream and moved to
Universe in Ubuntu. Users from previous LTS Release should be aware of
this issue and act accordingly as suggested at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Evms and
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bugs/115616. The common solution is to
remove evms from console.
