Sebastian, i think you are having a slightly different bug from the one mostly talked about in this thread. it sounds a lot more severe! Have you tried moving the taskbar to run down the sides of the screens? Does that allow you to resize the relevant windows? When you use them and then close and reopen are they the right size again now? Also the F11 key migth help shrink the windows that are too large?
