OK! I installed the firmware linked in xblack86 post and everithing works fine now also with the BIOS option set to "Ehanched". I didn't stress intensively the device yet, but I burned a couple of DVDs and mount/read/umount about 10 different cd/dvd without any problem. Before the update I wasn't able neither to mount a single cd/dvd without freeze the device.
So, problem solved!
