Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kpackagekit

when the cursor/selection is moved outside the viewing window using the
arrow-keys of the keyboard.

Open the updates-group under "software updates".
Select one of the packages with a mouse click.
Move the selection using the arrow keys of the keyboard.
The cursor/selection can be moved out of sight using the arrow keys.
I would expect to see the list moving with the selection so that the selection
stays in sight.

This appears to affect the list of updates only, not the lists under "software
management".
