Public bug reported:

The radio I listen to on the internet has songs with a single quote character
(') in the artist name, song title or album. Audacious cuts off the text when
it encounters such a character. Local files with a single quote are not
affected.
The radio in question is AnimeNfo radio (www.animenfo.com/radio), but I'm sure
that others have the same issue. I know that the ID3 tag is send with Latin-1
character encoding, while the local files have UTF-8 as tag encoding. It seems
that Audacious is configured with --disable-chardet. Having it enabled (which
is the default), should fix it.

I'm going to see how it works when I compile it myself from source.

This happens with the build from 8.10 and 9.04. Currently running
Xubuntu 8.10
