I thought of this as well, and included a mechanism in my comments on
the wiki page - when you click on a system notification, you are
presented with three options:
* Cancel (addresses the I'm about to reboot and I know about problem,
I'll deal with it on my own cases)
* Do now
* Do later (with an option to specify when)
