xfce4-terminal:
Installed: 0.2.10-1ubuntu2

I'm not sure this is exactly xfce4-terminal problem, but gnome-terminal
handle scroll correctly, and, afair, it works fine on Hardy.
With htop, aptitude both up and down scroll acts as MOUSE1 button, but
that appears to be a separate issue.
