Here's what I did, step by step: - Installed Jaunty - Installed some more packages (ubuntu-restricted-extras and skype) - Installed Miredo - Asked to a friend to ping me → OK - Tried to reach http://www.sixxs.net → FAILED (Firefox can resolve the name, reach the server, but hangs on "Waiting for www.sixxs.net") - Installed apache2 - My friend could see "It works" - Installed openssh-server - The friend could NOT reach me on ssh - He tried again to reach me on apache, and he couldn't, same thing for ping - I typed my IPv6 address in firefox, and "It works" - I restarted Miredo (changed address) and I was reachable again in SSH, but I couldn't surf IPv6 websites - After a few seconds, SSH connection closed and my friend couldn't reach me (but I could reach myself).

I also forgot to say that this bug was present in 8.10, but with 8.10 I wasn't reachable at all! I think it's a problem of the new network manager. Please, if you can, solve soon because I need an IPv6 tunnel broker in production. -- IPv6 doesn't work in Jaunty https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/358711 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
