To reproduce, follow these steps:
1. After startup switch to tty (alt+F1..F4)
2. Login in tty.
3. Switch back to graphics.
4. Try to reboot/shutdown from XFCE menu. It will fail with a following message:
"org.freedesktop.hal.power-management.reboot-multiple-sessions auth_admin <--
(action, result)"
