I don't know what the policy is on changing the status of bugs -- if I'm
allowed to do it or not -- but in changing this bug status back from
invalid -> new, I hope to drive my point that passwd is not supposed to
give a "successful operation" message when the user input was incorrect.
Please correct me if this is improper behavior on launchpad and it won't
happen again.
