Binary package hint: update-manager
Jaunty Update Manager complained that it could only perform a partial update,
but it fail and silently disappear.
Apt-get autoclean + apt-get update + apt-get upgrade solved problem. This
should be related to switching main repo in GUI (I switched from Czech Republic
to Main Server)
