I changed my passphrase containing accented letters in one without accents.
All goes fine. But I think this is a fake solution, because using an extended
charset with accents and special characters (like # $ £ *) is a good idea for a
better security.

Another thing.
When I wrote a message containing accented letters, like this phrase: "questa è
una prova", the process of signing and cyphering goes well, but the resulting
decrypted and verified message is: "questa Ú una prova". The accented letter
"è" in clear message is wrong.
I think there is a problem in charset. Please, verify this issue!

None problem using the command line gpg or the software Seahorse (and its
plugin for text editor).
Thank you for your attention.
