soffice.bin has a RPATH to ure:
RPATH $ORIGIN:$ORIGIN/../basis-link/program:$ORIGIN
/../basis-link/ure-link/lib
Which is probably why you are seeing this problem since you moved it
from where it is supposed to be located.
