Binary package hint: firefox
I have Ubuntu 6.10 in two computers, one desktop and one laptop, both
Dells.
I was able to play midi from this site on 2.0.0 www.hymnsite.com. Since
the upgrade to 2.0.0.1 there is no sound in either machine.
The play icon is present on the webpage, but no sound cometh forth.
I downloaded a midi file and thru the terminal i ran timidity xxx.mid
and it worked. So somewhere in Firefox the programs mozplugger and
timidity are not connecting.
I do have mplayer plugins installed if that has any effect.
