0.9.4-1ubuntu3.1 (Intrepid) behaves as expected, with the "Integrate
video in interface" toggling between having 2 windows for playback (1
for the video, another for the controls) and a single window with the
controls stacked on top of the video.

0.9.8a-1ubuntu4 (Jaunty) will ONLY display the output and controls
separately with the toggle having no effect.
