Command: kdesudo kcmshell4 fileshare returns: kcmshell(788) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "findServiceByDesktopPath: fileshare.desktop not found"
but command: sudo kcmshell4 fileshare shows a files sharing dialog.
